The Panasonic AG-DVX 100A&B

When the AG-DVX 100 was introduced, it shattered conventional notions of what a DV camera-recorder could do, delivering image quality, functions and operating ease suitable for professional applications. As the first model in its class to offer the 24p/30p Cinema mode, the AG-DVX 100 was very well received by filmmakers and videographers. Panasonic then introduced the AG-DVX 100A. This advanced model took the DV camera a big step forward, retaining the popular features of the DVX100 while adding enhancements that reflected feedback from professionals who used the AG-DVX100. Audio-Technica’s AT897 shotgun Mic

Audio-Technica’s AT897 is designed for field audio acquisition in film/TV/video production, professional recording, wildlife recording and broadcast applications. It mounts conveniently on a DV camcorder without adding noticeable heft, and remains out of the frame even with compact digital cameras. This high-performance short shotgun offers outstanding long-distance audio pickup due to narrow acceptance angle of line + gradient design. SAMSON UHF Micro 32

For wireless audio we use the UHF Micro 32 by Samson. The UHF Micro 32 is a versatile frequency-selectable diversity wireless for video system offering the highest level of performance for broadcast ENG/field work, corporate video and professional wedding videographers. The system features 32 channels in both the receiver and transmitter which automaticly adjusts on the fly, maxamizing the incoming signal and transmission quality. It also uses PLL-synthesized VCO circuitry in the transmitters which reduces RF interference from spurious emissions in multi-user applications. We feel this is the "system of choices" for demanding video professionals.

Bescor Shoulder Pack MM-12

This unit powers our wonderful Lowel i-Light. It's a 12 Volt Starved Electrolyte Battery that can run up to 12 hours at 10 watts, 2.5 hrs at 50 watts, (half power) and 72 minutes at 100 watts (full power). We've never needed any more than this.

Editing Equipment and Software

All editing is performed on our state-of the-art Mac Pro Macintosh computer. We use the highly coveted Final Cut Pro HD no linear editing software with 1 Terabyte of storage. The results are professionally stunning. We also use the Reflex 2 duplicator by Disc Makers to make the highest quality copies and also for our printing needs.
